Here's how it works:
Refer someone you know as a new patient to our Dental Offices.
After their first appointment you both receive a credit. It's that easy!

To take advantage of our Referral Program, follow these simple steps:
  • Encourage someone you know to schedule their first appointment with us
  • After your referral scheduled appointment , either of you or your referral mentioned your name on the Welcome application we will adjust this credit for you and your referral
Credits will be applied after referral scheduled appointment immediately.

Our patients can refer as many new patients on their account ,
there is absolutely no limit.
